Position Summary Â
The Floater/Panel Assembler is responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels in accordance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, quality standards, and production requirements and packaging, labeling, staging, and moving finished goods, materials, and inventory throughout the manufacturing facility.Â
This position performs mechanical assembly, component installation, wiring, labeling, and inspection while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, accuracy, and productivity and plays a critical role in supporting production, shipping, inventory accuracy. Â
 Qualifications Â
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Â
- Assembly, manufacturing, wiring, packaging, or related experience preferred. Â
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. Â
- Willingness and ability to learn assembly and packaging processes. Â

Physical Requirements Â
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working at assembly stations. Â
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for wiring, assembly, and tool operation. Â
- Ability to read detailed drawings, labels, and technical documentation. Â
- Ability to distinguish wire colors and component markings. Â
- Ability to regularly lift and move materials or components up to 40 pounds. Â
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment. Â

Employment Status Â
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Regular work schedules are based on operational requirements. Overtime, flexible scheduling, and weekend work may be required to support production schedules, customer commitments, and business needs. Â
