WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide individualized career counseling, mentoring, and transition support to students preparing for life after Job Corps Develop, monitor, and update student transition plans focused on employment, education, and career success Support students in achieving placement goals while meeting DOL and company performance standards Build relationships with employers, community organizations, and industry partners to create meaningful career opportunities Conduct job development activities and connect students with employment, training, and education resources Identify and address barriers that impact student success through effective case management and problem-solving Maintain accurate student documentation while following all integrity guidelines and confidentiality requirements Collaborate with Career Technical Training (CTT), Career Transition, and center staff to provide comprehensive student support Mentor students in Career Success Standards, professionalism, accountability, and workplace readiness WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Science, Business, Communications, or a closely related field from an accredited school (required) Or, an Associate's degree in one of the fields above plus two years of related experience (required) Valid in-state driver's license and ability to meet Company insurability requirements (required) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school; Or Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school and two years related experience.
