Role: Veterinary Customer Service Representative
Status: Full-Time
Salary: $19.00–$22.00/hr
Schedule: 5-day work week; Saturday availability a must
Experience: Veterinary or customer service experience preferred

Our front desk team is the face of our hospital, and we’re looking for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative who brings warmth, professionalism, and a love for animals to every interaction. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, both over the phone and in person, and the steady, caring presence that helps them feel supported.

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly, compassionate attitude
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Process invoices and payments accurately, including for euthanasia consultations
- Communicate clearly and with care during emotionally sensitive moments
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Keep the front desk and reception areas organized and welcoming
- Collaborate with the medical team to create a seamless client experience
- Support the team with general administrative and clerical tasks
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, compassionate demeanor, especially in sensitive situations
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with computers and veterinary practice management software
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting preferred
- A hospitality or customer service background is highly beneficial
- A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
