The CFO Centre Canada is seeking an ambitious, commerciallydriven finance leader to build and lead our Edmonton region.

This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to establishand grow a regional business backed by the world's leading provider ofFractional and Part-Time CFO services.

The ideal candidate will combine senior CFO or financialleadership experience with strong commercial and business developmentcapability. As Regional Director, you may personally support CFO clientswhile building your portfolio, developing the market and growing a team ofexperienced CFOs.

You'll be responsible for expanding The CFO Centre'spresence throughout Greater Edmonton, developing client and referralrelationships, recruiting and supporting high-calibre CFOs and building asustainable regional business.

What You'll Build

As Regional Director, you will:

• Establish and grow The CFO Centre's presence throughout Greater Edmonton
  
• Develop new client relationships and strategic referral partnerships
  
• Personally support CFO clients where appropriate while building the region
  
• Drive business development and regional revenue growth
  
• Recruit, mentor and support a team of experienced CFOs
  
• Deliver an outstanding client experience that drives retention and referrals
  
• Collaborate with national leadership on strategic growth initiatives
  
• Build a sustainable, high-performing regional business
  

Who We're Looking For

You may currently be a:

• CFO, Finance Director or senior finance executive
  
• Fractional CFO or finance consultant
  
• Former Audit, Assurance, Private Enterprise or Advisory Partner
  
• CEO, President or senior C-Suite executive
  
• Business owner or entrepreneur
  
• Professional-services leader with strong SME relationships
  

The ideal candidate brings:

• CFO or financial leadership experience
  
• Experience working with SMEs, privately held and/or owner-managed businesses
  
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive
  
• Demonstrated business-development and relationship-building capability
