Job Description:
As an Automotive Service Technician at Hyundai of El Cajon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles. We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician who is passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various automotive issues, including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs to customers and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Keep accurate records of all services performed and parts used.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
- ASE certification is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
