PositionSummary

· TheOrder Processing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely,and compliant execution of customer orders throughout the order fulfilmentlifecycle. This role supports manufacturing operations by coordinating orderplanning, maintaining system data integrity, and ensuring alignment withproduction schedules and plant capacity.
The position partners with Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, andCustomer Service to support on-time delivery, operational efficiency, andcontinuous improvement while delivering a high level of customer service.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities

· Managethe end-to-end execution of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, andtimely completion throughout the order lifecycle.

· Review,validate, and maintain customer order information to ensure data integrity andaccuracy.

· Schedulecustomer orders in alignment with production lead times, plant capacity, andcustomer requirements.

· Monitormilestone completion and maintain accurate order status within SAP, Symmetry,and other business systems.

· Coordinateengineering activities to ensure timely assignment and completion in support ofcustomer commitments.

· Maintainaccurate customer ship dates throughout the planning process to ensurealignment with production schedules and customer expectations.

· Utilizecapacity planning tools to support production balancing and level loading.

· Monitordaily order queues, prioritize workload, and proactively resolve planningissues to support on-time execution.

· Processcustomer order authorization requests accurately and within established servicelevel expectations.

· Managecustomer complaint cases by coordinating timely cross-functional resolution andcommunicating updates to stakeholders as appropriate.

· Escalateorder risks, scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, or other issues thatmay impact customer commitments.

· Maintainaccurate documentation supporting customer orders, engineering activities, andorder authorizations.

· Collaboratewith Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, andother cross-functional teams to ensure successful order execution.

· Identifyopportunities to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, andsupport continuous improvement initiatives.

· Performother duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field isrequired.

· Experience,Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Experiencesupporting order management, production planning, supply chain, ormanufacturing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

· Hands-onexperience using SAP ERP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for dataanalysis, reporting, and order management.

· Abilityto thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiplepriorities and meeting deadlines.
