Uses consultative discovery, targeted prospecting, workplace banking opportunities, and coordinated follow-through to acquire new business and consumer memberships, grow deposits, and generate qualified lending and business-service referrals.Job Qualifications: EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:Associate’s degree in business, marketing, finance, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Consultative sales or business banking training preferred.EXPERIENCE:Three (3) years of business development, consultative sales, employer partnerships, or financial services relationship experience, including managing a pipeline and delivering measurable growth.
