About the Role:

The Dental Receptionist position plays a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support within our Pediatric Dental Practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in a proactive approach to ensure a seamless patient experience by managing appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and fostering a welcoming environment that supports efficiency and a positive reputation.

Job Description:

  • Manage appointment scheduling to optimize the dentist's time.
  • Greet patients and handle patient inquiries about services, insurance, and payment options.
  • Manage dental and medical documentation and maintain accurate dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dental practice or healthcare setting.
  • Efficiently handle patient interactions and administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience with Dentrix is a PLUS, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and adhering to privacy regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, and FLUENT in both English and Spanish.
