Front Desk Agent

What you will be doing

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and positive attitude.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Process room charges, payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel procedures.
• Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Monitor room availability and assist with room assignments.
• Follow Hilton and hotel standards for guest service and security.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and loyalty programs when appropriate.
• Protect guest privacy and confidential information.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous Front Desk experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel property-management systems is a plus.
• Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have a flexible schedule based on hotel business needs.
