This position offers a clear growth path from entry-level (learning basics) to advanced levels (certified financial counselor and team leader), requiring excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service while following policies and procedures.   Job QualificationsEDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  One (1) year financial institution experience or three (3) years of customer service experience for every year of financial institution experience required.
