Description: 

Apply to join the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Enterprise Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) team. SE&I provides engineering, integration, technical analysis, and subject matter expertise support to the US Space Force and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies. 

As a member of our PNT SE&I team, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with government personnel and system developers to ensure that Global Positioning System (GPS) remains the gold standard for positioning, navigation, and timing.  A successful candidate will collaborate and communicate with the SE&I leadership team to ensure processes and products are delivered with quality and professionalism. 

  • Duties 
    • Provide technical expertise and systems integration support to ensure an optimal integrated GPS System design 
    • Contribute to the overarching approach and processes for integrating, synchronizing, tracking and analyzing dependencies across programmatic and organizational boundaries 
    • Develop engineering and data models and populate them with up-to-date information to enable automated integration analyses 
    • Provide technical support for test activities that characterize system performance 
    • Perform and present data analysis that drive decisions on government programs   
    • Support GPS Enterprise Risk & Opportunities management 
  • Qualifications 
    • Active Secret Clearance  
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent technical discipline and nine (9) years of systems integration and systems engineering related or equivalent experience   
    • Active Secret Clearance  
    • Experience working across space, ground, and user segment organizations to coordinate and identify system requirements and key performance parameters to ensure end-to-end mission performance requirements are met 
    • Experience with system architecture development 
    • Strong interpersonal skills to enable working, interfacing, and interrelating with diverse personnel and dynamic teams 
    • Must be able to work well in multi-team setting, and willing to take on additional technical and administrative tasks/duties as needed 
    • Space vehicle as well as other GPS related experience  
    • Experience and familiarity working with DoD acquisition organizations
