Position Title: Ocean Import Clerk
Qualifications:
路 Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Exceptional problem-solving skills
路 Must know how to use and organize Microsoft Word, Excel.
路 Fluent in English (written and spoken)
路 Exceptional listening, verbal and written skills
Responsibilities:
路 Ocean Import operations including data entry, customer service, rating, routing, documentation preparation
路 Tracking orders processed, issuing invoices for services rendered.
路 Exceptional Customer Service skills (verbal and written)
路 Communicate effectively with internal departments, other regional branches and offices, and all external contacts
路 Good organizational skills and ability to learn and retain information to build core industry related skills.
路 Other assignments may be directed by the Management
