Shift Schedules and Pay Rates :
Process Machine Operator
Pay: $25.40/hour and upÂ
Shift Premium: $1.50/hourÂ
Sign On Bonus: $1,500KÂ
Shift Schedule:4 Shift RotationÂ
- 4th Shift: Week Off
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PMÂ
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekday Shifts: 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)Â
- Weekend Shifts: 12-hour shifts (off every other weekend)Â
Future Shift Schedule (2027):Â
Transition to 12 hour day or night fixed shifts (more will be discussed during the interview process)Â

Pay: $24.10/hour and up Â

Process Machine OperatorÂ
Description of Role: Responsible forproduct and machine changeovers, quality checks, cleaning-in-place (CIP), continuous improvement recommendations and assisting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team when necessary.Â

What are we looking for?Â
Minimum Requirements:Â
High school diploma, GED or equivalent educationÂ
3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing roleÂ
Basic analytical and mathematical skillsÂ
Proficient using laptops, iPads, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)Â
Â
Physical Requirements:Â
Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.Â
Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)Â
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.Â
Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.Â
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hoursÂ
Capable of working in hot, cold and wet conditionsÂ
Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.Â

Preferred Qualifications:Â
Technical Degree or CertificationÂ
4+ years of experience in manufacturingÂ
Food or beverage manufacturing experienceÂ
Experience with Weever softwareÂ
Maintenance knowledge or capabilitiesÂ
Forklift experienceÂ

What will be your key responsibilities?Â
Ensure operational efficiency, conformance to standards, product quality and drive continuous improvementÂ
Responsible for the efficient production of quality productsÂ
Operate, monitor, and perform changeovers on machineryÂ
Train and assist other associates as needed, supporting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance teamÂ
Conduct temperature checks, complete Critical Control Point (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Program (OPRP) checks dailyÂ
Maintain accurate records of quality checks and keep detailed logbooksÂ
Any ad hoc requestsÂ

Description of Role:Â
Machine Operators (Team Members) function as an expert member of a manufacturing area team responsible for the efficient production of quality products.Â

What are we looking for?Â
Minimum Requirements:Â

1+ years’ experience in manufacturingÂ
Proficiency in software systems including MS Office and e-mail Â

Physical Requirements:Â

Preferred Qualifications:Â
Technical degree or certificationsÂ
2+ years experience in a manufacturing setting operating a variety of machinesÂ
Ability to operate a forkliftÂ
Knowledge of inventory control principlesÂ
Experience with SAP or other warehouse management system Â

What will be your Key Responsibilities?Â
Performs activities and job tasks within a manufacturing line or areaÂ
Operates equipment and changeovers in a safe and efficient manner Â
Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause levelÂ
Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments, and malfunction troubleshootingÂ
Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment preventative maintenance (PM)Â
Performs quality control (QC) tasks such as metal checks, inspection of date codes, item numbers, dump logs, etc. Â
Maintain accurate records of quality check and keeps detailed logbooksÂ
