Production Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our dynamic team. No prior technical or engineering experience is required; we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the assembly and production of products on the manufacturing floor

- Use basic power tools to perform tasks such as cutting, sanding, and assembling materials

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

- Support team members in meeting production goals and deadlines

- Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues to supervisors

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to operate basic power tools safely and effectively

- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required

Safety & Compliance

• Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots)
• OSHA or safety training (preferred but often not required)

Work Environment
