THE TECHNICIAN 3 POSITION
SunStrong is searching for a technician 3 to be responsible for solar diagnostics, troubleshooting, and leading field crews on service work.
TECHNICIAN 3 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and resolve solar system issues:
- Inverter failures
- System underperformance
- Complex troubleshooting
- Lead crews on service jobs
- Direct and support Tech 1 and Tech 2 team members
- Ensure high-quality work and first-pass resolution
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of solar experience
- Proven troubleshooting capability
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check)
- Crew Lead for solar service work
- Roof and electrical competent
- Solar diagnostics and repair expert
- Authorized for battery (ESS) work
