Your kindness will be seen, valued, and celebrated every day.   Come be part of something truly meaningful, in a place that feels like home.Qualifications Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure Food Handlers' certification First Aid certification Assist Director and LVN Supervisor of AL in medication management,  Provides clerical and computer support, including reordering medications and supplies in compliance with DSS regulations. Demonstrates proficiency in the Matrix Electronic Medical Records system and supports staff training related to medication ordering and administration. Responds to emergency calls, assists with ADLs, and follows medication administration procedures. Assists with meal service, monitors food intake, and ensures proper resident transfers. Encourages resident participation in activities, reports changes in resident conditions, and assists with the admission/re-admission process. Maintains confidentiality, follows safety protocols, and helps train new staff in the med assistant role.
