Groove Subaru is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician (Mainline Technician) to join our growing Service Department. Pay: $27.00 - $42.00 Flat Rate (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC repairs.
Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services.
Perform accurate diagnostics using Subaru diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
Maintain detailed repair orders and documentation.
Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

Previous automotive technician experience required.
Subaru experience is preferred but not required.
ASE certifications are a plus.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Own a complete set of professional tools.
