About the Role
- As a teacher in our one-year-old classroom, you will:
- Create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
- Handle daily care and feeding of six children
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Support each child’s individual needs while promoting group learning experiences.
- Maintain a classroom that reflects joy, exploration, and respect for every child.
Qualifications
- DCF 45 hours and preemployment classes required. CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred.
- Previous experience working with toddler-aged children.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- A genuine love for teaching and inspiring young learners.
