Job Details: Job Location: Enid-Broadway - Enid, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 2 Year Degree, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Banking, The Processing Specialist I is responsible for maintaining knowledge of and implementing processes for payment products including development, balancing, settlement, and support systems for such products.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs a variety of daily tasks associated with the Payments and Prepaid products, including but not limited to: reviewing reports, preparing correspondence, and settlement.  Assist with correspondence related to the ITS Prepaid Payroll program.  Assists clients with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner, research to identify and resolve problems in a timely matter and escalate to supervisor as appropriate. Assist and provide support to others in the department during absences.Non-Essential Functions: Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Associate degree in a business-related field, required. 1-3 years’ experience as a teller, or similar role in a retail banking environment, or alternate work-related experience of 3+ years, required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Advanced data entry accuracy and attention to detail required.              Experience using Microsoft Office; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel. Independent critical reasoning. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
