Valir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Enid, Oklahoma. In this role, you’ll work closely with Physical Therapists and support staff to provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, balance impairments, and mobility-related challenges.

Your Role

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
  • Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
  • Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
  • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
