Job Title: Advanced Practice Professional – OB/GYN

Location: East Region

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Champion:

• Join a collaborative and established OB/GYN team consisting of 5 physicians, 4 midwives, 1 physician assistant, and 1 nurse practitioner.
• Practice in a primarily outpatient setting with a diverse patient population, providing women's health care across the lifespan, including patients under 18 years of age.
• Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and no call responsibilities.
• Opportunity to provide a broad scope of women's health services, including OB care, postpartum visits, annual wellness exams, gynecologic problem visits, and office-based procedures such as IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, and colposcopies.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentorship available from an experienced multidisciplinary team.
• Physician Assistants may have the opportunity to assist in surgical procedures, including C-sections and robotic hysterectomies.
• Primary practice location in Ephrata, with limited coverage at the City Gate location, offering variety while maintaining a consistent home base.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
• Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
• Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

• 1 year Required

Licenses:

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
• Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
