Job Details: Job Location: Erie Office - Erie, PA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $45000.00 - $68000.00Salary/year, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job SummaryThe Junior Contracts Coordinator will manage recurring requirements and reporting, maintain contract vehicle information, coordinate with internal teams and external contract administrators, and analyze utilization data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate ongoing administrative, reporting, marketing, and compliance requirements for assigned contract vehicles Maintain calendars and checklists for recurring reports, meetings, deliverables, renewals, and other contractual obligations Coordinate implementation of contract vehicle requirements across internal systems and processes, including quoting templates, CRM records, reporting structures, websites, and sales resources Participate in meetings with government agencies, cooperative purchasing organizations, and other contract vehicle administrators and track resulting actions Gather, analyze, and maintain data related to contract vehicle sales, utilization, customers, opportunities, and performance Maintain internal dashboards and reports identifying contract utilization, trends, gaps, and areas requiring attention Support Sales in understanding available contract vehicles, eligible opportunities, and vehicle-specific requirements Coordinate between Sales, Capture/Proposals, Contracts, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure opportunities are routed and supported appropriately Assist with opportunity and lead triage, including determining applicable contract vehicles and identifying follow-up actions Maintain accurate contract vehicle documentation, guidance, resources, and records in SharePoint, HubSpot, and other business systemsQualifications: Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable gathering, organizing, interpreting, and presenting data Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring requirements and deadlines Ability to read and interpret contractual, procedural, and administrative requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications Ability to learn HubSpot, SharePoint, reporting tools, and government procurement processes Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Prior experience with government contracting, contract vehicles, data analysis, HubSpot, SharePoint, or sales operations is helpful but not required.  Growth Opportunity This position provides a path into contract administration and contract vehicle management.
