The Marketing Manager leads the overall marketing strategy andexecution for CIG Motors, overseeing brand management, digital and offlinecampaigns, events, and creative output. The role is responsible for buildingbrand equity, driving customer engagement, and generating qualified leads thatsupport the company's retail and fleet sales targets.
MarketingStrategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with overall business and sales objectives.
- Define and maintain the company's brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
- Set marketing objectives and translate them into actionable plans for the marketing team.
Campaign& Brand Management
- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, from concept through execution and evaluation.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all marketing touchpoints.
- Approve creative concepts, campaign messaging, and marketing collateral before release.
TeamLeadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
- Allocate responsibilities, set performance targets, and review team output.
- Identify training and development needs to build team capability.
Digital,Social & Offline Oversight
- Oversee the execution of social media strategy, digital marketing, and offline/traditional marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Events & Experiential Specialist to align activations with overall marketing plans.
- Ensure a cohesive, consistent marketing approach across online and offline channels.
Stakeholder,Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media vendors, and sponsorship/partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage the overall marketing budget.
- Track marketing spend against budget and report variances.
Reporting& Analytics
- Track marketing ROI, campaign performance, and lead generation metrics.
- Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports.
- Use data and market insights to refine marketing strategy continuously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Professional marketing certification (e.g., CIM, NIMN) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6-8 years' marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in the automotive, FMCG, or a related industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns and teams.
- Strategic marketing planning and budget management.
- Strong brand management expertise.
