Operations Manager

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple brands (Magic Revive and Avora Hairs), ensuring all activities run efficiently and smoothly.
   

2. Coordinate, supervise, and align all team members' responsibilities, ensuring everyone is accountable ("Do your job!") and functioning at peak performance.
   

3. Develop, implement, and enforce structured SOPs and operational systems that allow the business to run autonomously, heavily reducing the CEO's day-to-day involvement.
   

4. Lead and execute expansion activities, including the creation and launch of new physical or digital fulfillment hubs.
   

5. Act as the primary tech lead to set up, integrate, and manage business tools (CRM, POS, e-commerce platforms, and inventory management software).
   

6. Set up and manage email marketing pipelines, oversee digital ad creation, and optimize websites to drive online sales and capture new audiences.
   

7. Consistently leverage technology to improve business processes, track key business data, and generate basic business reporting via Excel/Google Sheets.
   

8. Drive initiatives to revive the company's market presence, rebrand where necessary, and significantly scale the customer base.
   

9. Oversee the sales and customer service teams, designing strategies to reverse recent sales drops and push revenue to new heights.
   

10. Brainstorm and deploy creative strategies, ideas, and campaigns that introduce the brand to entirely new audiences.
    

11. Oversee end-to-end inventory management and order fulfillment processes to prevent stock-outs and ensure timely delivery to customers.
    

12. Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, and coordinate fulfillment logistics efficiently.
    

13. Maintain strict financial oversight over daily operations, ensuring budgets are respected, KPIs are tracked, and profitability is prioritized.
    

14. Engage directly with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies, such as NAFDAC, to ensure all products (beauty and cosmetics) meet legal and compliance standards.
    

Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
   

2. 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in business operations, administration, or a related role. Previous experience working in E-commerce, Retail, Beauty, Haircare, FMCG, or another product-based business is a plus.
   

3. Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (specifically Excel and Google Sheets) and basic business reporting tools.
   

4. Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and managing operations across multiple business units or brands.
   

5. Familiarity with CRM software, Point of Sale (POS) systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing/online sales basics.
   

6. Proven experience managing inventory, order fulfillment, suppliers, and customer operations.
   

7. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, organizational, and time-management skills.
