Job Title: Intervention Specialist – K‑6 Program

📌 Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our K‑6 program in Cleveland, OH currently serving approximately 14–16 special education students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting diverse learners and fostering an inclusive school environment.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide direct instruction and interventions tailored to student needs
Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Support students in achieving academic, behavioral, and social goals

🔹 Requirements:

Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience working with K‑6 students requiring specialized instruction
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
