Role Overview:

As a Shop Assistant/Quality Control team member, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch quality checks on completed vehicles, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop and office, picking up and delivering parts and trucks, and assisting with various tasks around the shop. This role requires attention to detail, flexibility, and a strong commitment to quality and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

• Perform quality control checks on completed vehicles and prepare them for delivery using checklists and necessary documentation.
• Maintain shop and office cleanliness, including trash removal and cardboard recycling management.
• Assist with inventory management and staging items for installation.
• Monitor vehicle status, reposition vehicles as needed, and ensure secure parking.

Weekly & As-Needed Tasks:

• Keep common areas inside and outside the shop clean and organized.
• Assist in stocking and reorganizing parts in the shop and showroom.
• Transport parts and vehicles as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Assisting paint, spray in bed liners and installers when needed.

• Ability to work in a shop environment and handle tools and equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to detail.

Pay & Schedule:

• $15-$17 per hour, based on experience.
• 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday).
