Viridian Staffing's Client islooking for an experienced Cannabis Retail Store / Dispensary Shift Lead for a Cannabis Retail Store up to 30 minutes outside the Everett, Washington, area.

As Shift Lead, you will get the opportunity to direct budtenders, along with openingand/or closing the store.  You willfollow and ensure that all team members are following standard operating procedures.You are known for your ability to inspire your staff to drive sales, keep thestore fully stocked, and provide a great customer service environment.  You have a "Lead by Example"approach, which has influenced your team in the past to strive for continuousimprovement.  You take pride in ensuringthe store's appearance is welcoming and has an environment where customers getexcited about returning.

You'll bring with you 1+ year ofexperience managing retail teams and ideally have at least 6 months ofexperience as a shift lead/assistant manager of budtenders.  You have experience managing all aspects of aretail store from inventory and vendor relationships to scheduling andcoaching. You understand that this position will include working nights,weekends and some Holidays.
