Job Details: Job Location: Wiley Christian Retirement Community - Marlton, NJ, Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00Hourly,  Unit Medical Secretary Positions Now Available!Full Time Day Hours and Every other WeekendFREE preschool on the premises for full time staff! Wiley Mission takes pride in the staff that care for our valued residents.   The Unit Medical Secretary position is no exception!  We now have an opening in our Subacute Unit! Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintains and files resident records, always appropriately and with considerations of residents rights and confidentiality. Continuous communication with nursing personnel regarding call bells and orders that come in. Answering phones and communicates messages to nursing staff as needed.  Facilitates and supports nursing staff in the scheduling of outside appointments, consultations and transportations for HCC residents.
