Produce Associates are responsible for delivering an exceptional Customer experience by maintaining high-quality fresh produce, creating visually appealing displays, and ensuring the department is clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role plays a key part in showcasing Kowalski’s commitment to quality, freshness, and outstanding service. Guest Experience Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service to guests. Assist customers with product selection, special requests, and produce-related questions. Demonstrate a proactive, guest-first approach at all times. Product Quality & Merchandising Inspect, rotate, and cull produce to ensure freshness, appearance, and safety. Stock and replenish produce displays following company standards. Maintain visually appealing, abundant, and clean displays in line with Kowalski’s Cub Foods merchandising expectations.
