We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses LPNs to join our established team at Morningside House of Exton Personal Care Home.  

Available Shifts / Schedule:

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Position Summary:

Provides licensed nursing services to residents and  supervision of other staff positions.

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Responsibilities:

  • May be responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State
  • regulations.
  • May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments
  • and documentation.
  • Responsible for ensuring services are provided in accordance with Resident specific service plans.
  • Provide general consultation regarding health‐related concerns within the community.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently when listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Notify physicians and/or family of any change in resident’s health and provides proper
  • documentation.
  • Respond quickly to all emergencies.
  • Work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively while maintaining close
  • communication with all departments and staff members.
  • Provide educational meetings for residents and staff and attend all required training, in‐service
  • and staff meetings.
  • May provide oversight and direction for care staff.
  • Understand roll in the Safety & Disaster Plan.
  • Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.
  • Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the
  • preservation of equipment and the achievement of safe working practices.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families and co‐
  • workers.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Requirements:

  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN of the state.
