We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our growing automotive manufacturing team. This position supports daily prototype operations in a fast-paced metal stamping environment. If you are safety-conscious, reliable, and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing setting, we'd like to hear from you.

No automotive manufacturing experience? That's okay! We are willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products.
  • Assist machine operators and production personnel.
  • Perform visual quality inspections on automotive stamped parts.
  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
  • Operate basic production equipment and hand tools safely.
  • Operate a shear to cut sheet metal using templates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Move materials throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (certification preferred).
  • Assist with inventory, sorting, and counting of materials.
  • Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Support daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Drive a company van for local deliveries and pickups (valid driver's license required).
  • Work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred for company vehicle operation.
