This role plays a key part in delivering a positive first impression and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests.What You’ll DoCleaning & Property Upkeep Clean and maintain office spaces, clubhouse, model units, and amenity areas Ensure restrooms and common areas are consistently clean and well-stocked Perform deep cleaning of office and common areas on a regular basis Clean out vacant apartments following move-outs and transfersInventory & Organization Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory Communicate supply needs to the General Manager Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properlyResident & Team Support Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and staff Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Support a clean and welcoming environment throughout the communityCompliance & Safety Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectivelyAdditional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned to support property operationsWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Skills & Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently Strong customer service and communication skills Availability for occasional evenings or weekends as neededPreferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in multifamily, hospitality, or commercial cleaning environmentsWork Schedule Primarily Monday–Friday Extended hours, evenings, and weekends may be required based on business needsPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform light physical labor Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs. with assistance Exposure to cleaning chemicals, equipment, and varying environments Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks safely and efficientlyWhy Join B.HOM?
