We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced ASC Manager to take on a leadership role in our organization. Your Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency
  • Lead strategic initiatives that improve performance and care delivery
  • Responsible for the daily flow of the surgery center (staffing, supplies, sterilization, templates, etc.).
  • Maintains documentation of staff education, licensure, certification, and vaccinations according to company policy.
  • Analyze financial performance (P&L) to identify improvements
  • Oversee project timelines and the successful completion of initiatives
  • Identify process improvements to increase quality and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align organizational goals

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in Alaska
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong experience in a perioperative setting
  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement strategy
