HR Consultant (Onsite W2)

·        TheHR Consultant position works in partnership with the local management team in

·        leadingHR processes including total rewards, talent management, performance

·        management,employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and

·        employeerelations. The HR Consultant will support the manufacturing operations in West

·        Chesterand Fairfield, OH

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

·        Drivesimplementation of multiple initiatives to achieve strategic business goals and

·        operationalobjectives.

·        Worksclosely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve program and

·        projectmilestones within established timeframes.

·        Drivesadoption and challenges standards. Leads other project participants.

Pay: Needs to align tohourly rate of 70K as this has a high potential of conversion and salary wouldbe 70K
