What You’ll Do:

What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of successful GSM or GM experience within a automotive dealership.
Results: A verifiable history of meeting/exceeding P&L goals and manufacturer benchmarks.
Tech-Savvy: Deep proficiency with modern CRM, DMS and inventory management tools (vAuto).
Leadership: A "lead from the front" mentality—you aren't afraid to jump in the box or walk the lot.
Compliance: A rock-solid understanding of California labor laws and automotive regulatory requirements.
