- Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer serviceĀ
- Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our servicesĀ
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environmentĀ
- Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for petsĀ
