Sonic Summary

This position is for a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing maintenance goals and ensuring work orders are completed.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a poultry manufacturing environment.
The role includes performing safety checks, lock out/tag out certifications, and managing paperwork related to maintenance activities.
The supervisor will also provide mentorship, training, and motivation to technicians while addressing performance issues.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT MAINTENANCE POSITION.

Supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals.
Assign work orders and ensure completion of repairs.
Perform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment.
Recognize and reward Technicians, while counseling performance issues.
Perform safety checks.
Provide mentorship, motivation, training and professional development, helping your team to optimize their performance and growth.
Assign work orders, and follow up ensuring completion.
Manage and oversee required paperwork.
All other relevant duties to the job.

Qualifications

3+ years supervisory experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment required.
5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required; preferrably within a poultry manufacturing facility.
Excellent leadship skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.
