JobDescription:

· TheWarehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing warehouseoperations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate movement, storage, anddistribution of materials and finished goods.

· Thisrole oversees inventory management, receiving, storage, order fulfillment,shipping, and logistics activities while driving operational excellence, safetycompliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· TheWarehouse Supervisor provides both strategic and hands-on leadership, ensuringhigh levels of customer service, inventory accuracy, productivity, and costefficiency.

· Thisposition plays a critical role in supporting business objectives througheffective warehouse management, team development, and cross-functionalcollaboration.

Thisposition supports first-shift schedule:

· Mondaythrough Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility required to coverovertime during the week based on business needs.

Whatwill you do?

· Leaddaily warehouse operations, including receiving, put away, inventorymanagement, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.

· Ensureinventory accuracy and efficient material flow to meet business and customerrequirements.

· Driveoperational excellence by monitoring performance, resolving issues, optimizingwarehouse layouts, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

· Maintaincompliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while fostering astrong culture of workplace safety.

· Lead,coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve safety, quality,productivity, and cost objectives.

· Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain,Transportation, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless operational execution.

· Analyzeoperational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency,service levels, and cost performance.

Whatqualifications will make you successful?

· Bachelor'sDegree preferred, not required.

· Equivalentexperience and skills can be substituted for education

· 3+years of relevant experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment with atleast 2 of these years in a leadership role (leading teams of 15+).

· Strongunderstanding of material logistics processes, inventory accuracy/systems, and production/orderrequirements.

· Experiencewith ERP & WMS systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) preferred)

· Experienceleading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma,DMAIC).

· Experiencesupporting audits, compliance programs, and operational standardization.

· Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis with theability to make data-driven decisions.

· Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction withsenior leadership and cross-functional teams.
