Seeking a dependable Full-Time Lead Direct Support Professional to teach and assist people with disabilities to be independent in their daily activities.

Applicant must:

• Must be a licensed driver
• Be dependable, reliable, and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Demonstrate ability to approach challenging situations with a calm approach
• Provide different levels of support to people with disabilities to meet their needs
• Provide training and oversight to other DSP’s
• Attend team meetings and appointments as needed
• Be willing to assist with personal cares
  
• Assist Residential Coordinator and House Coordinator with administrative duties, including medication record audits, financial audits, data audits, and preparation of house menu and grocery list
• Pass medications and assist with medication training of other staff
• Participate in on-call rotation

Week One: 33 Scheduled Hours; 7 Hours Office Time

Sunday: Off

Monday: Noon–3:30 PM office, 3:30–9:30 PM house

Tuesday: 3:30–9:30 PM house

Wednesday: Noon–3:30 PM office, 3:30–10 PM house

Thursday: Off

Friday: 3:30–10 PM house3:30–10 PM house

Saturday: 2–10 PM house

Week Two: 32.5 Scheduled Hours; 7.5 Hours Office Time

Sunday: 2–10 PM house

Monday: Noon–3:30 PM office, 3:30–9:30 PM house

Tuesday: 3:30–9:30 PM house

Wednesday: 11:30 AM–3:30 PM office, 3:30–10 PM house

Thursday: Off

Friday: 3–9 PM house

Saturday: Off

Every other holiday
