Starter/Ranger

Responsibilities

• Use an iPad to check in customer at Starter Station
• Provide information and assistance to our customers
• Track turn times and finish times throughout the day by use of the iPad
• Enforce daily cart rules
• Educate and assisting golfers on issues such as pace of play, course rules and golf etiquette
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Prior golf related experience a plus!
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills required
• Knowledge of mathematics sufficient to be able to perform a variety of calculations. o Knowledge of the techniques, principles and regulations of golf programs
• Ability to deal with difficult people or situations in a positive and diplomatic manner.
• Must be safety conscious and knowledgeable about the game of golf
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Ability to lift 25lbs and bend while performing work duties
• Ability to operate motorized carts throughout the golf course
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from management
