We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Finance to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, billing, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end finance andaccounting operations.
- Oversee billing, invoicing,accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accurate accountingrecords and timely financial reporting.
- Handle GST, TDS, and otherstatutory compliances.
- Manage import and exportfinancial transactions and documentation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, andannual financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks,and government authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, andfinancial planning.
- Prepare MIS reports and providefinancial insights to management.
- Work efficiently withfinancial/accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with allstatutory and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls andcontinuously improve financial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce(B.Com). M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be anadded advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant experiencein Finance & Accounts.
- Candidates from any industry arewelcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of finance andaccounting is mandatory.

- Proficiency infinancial/accounting software.
- Excellent analytical,communication, and problem-solving skills.
