Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across South Indian states/regions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Handle South India hiring, particularly candidates from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Understand regional talent markets and effectively source local candidates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain hiring TAT.
Manage offer roll-outs, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Must have experience in South Indian recruitment/hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
