Our Internship Program allows students to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of property management, including leasing, marketing, property management, and maintenance.
- Exposure to a variety of situations and conditions normally experienced on the job.
- A setting in which the faculty and employer may evaluate the student's academic preparation and their ability to handle professional responsibilities.
- An opportunity for the student to develop and evaluate their career path in the property management industry.

The Summer Property Management Internship is open to active college students pursuing a degree in Property Management or similar. This paid position is for the summer of 2026. Students will work full time hours, and schedules will be negotiated at hire.
