Although Key Competencies are often softer skill sets, be as specific as you can to further inform readers about the position or the type of candidate you’re seeking. (i.e. "Outstanding communication skills in order to ___")
Start with nouns, not adjectives (i.e. ability to rather than able to, familiarity with rather than familiar with, dedication rather than dedicated)
