Job DetailsJob Location: Fayetteville , NC 28310Position Type: Full TimePosition title: PAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer Location: Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC Clearance required: SECRET   Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Develop publicly available information and social media content to support the SOMTC synthetic internet training environment. Produce realistic, scenario-driven digital content aligned with SOF training objectives. Integrate PAI/SM analysis into training materials to enhance operational relevance. Support the creation and delivery of instructional modules for SOF personnel. Collaborate with training staff, scenario developers, and intelligence professionals to ensure accuracy and operational authenticity. Qualifications Associate; 6 years of related military experience may substitute. Graduate of a U.S. military Basic/Advanced NCO Course, First Sergeant Course, or Sergeants Major Course. Expert OSINT/PAI gathering. Expert ability to integrate OSINT/PAI into Operational Intelligence. Expert developing instruction programs/training modules. SOF assignment--Special Forces, PSYOP, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation (SOA), or Special Mission units--OR Military Intelligence (MI); minimum 3 years of corporate experience in the digital domain for open source, social media, and internet research, influence, operations, targeting, and analysis.   Desired/Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of MRX experience; Adobe Dreamweaver.
