Phone Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.

• Assist patients with questions and direct calls to the appropriate team members.

• Take accurate messages and communicate important information to the team.

• Help maintain an organized appointment schedule.

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for our patients.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow office procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

• Previous receptionist or dental office experience is a plus, but not required.

• Bilingual skills are a plus!
