Alleviant Integrated Mental Health is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and hands-on Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Procedural Technician III at our Fayetteville clinic. As a Procedural Technician III, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment that combines traditional psychiatric treatment with advanced therapies such as IV infusions, TMS, and EEG services. Travel to North West Arkansas (NWA) clinics is required.
Position Overview
The Procedural Technician III provides direct patient care and supports clinical procedures, including medication administration and IV infusion therapy. This role involves hands-on nursing care, procedure preparation, patient monitoring, documentation, and support of neuromodulation and infusion-based treatments.Â

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct daily patient care and clinical supportÂ
- Administer oral and IV medicationsÂ
- Initiate and manage IV lines and infusion therapyÂ
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient responsesÂ
- Support patient comfort, safety, and overall experienceÂ
- Prepare procedure rooms and clinical treatment areasÂ
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentationÂ
- Conduct patient follow-up calls as neededÂ
- Track, stock, and manage clinical suppliesÂ
- Assist and support clinic staff and workflow operationsÂ
- Perform Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments after trainingÂ
- Perform spectral EEGs after trainingÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Current ACLS certification recommended
- Direct patient care experience in a clinical settingÂ
- Strong clinical judgment and nursing skillsÂ
- Willingness to learn outpatient psychiatric and neuromodulation protocolsÂ
- Excellent professionalism and customer service skillsÂ
- Compassionate, patient-centered communication styleÂ
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environmentÂ
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and organizational skillsÂ
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds occasionallyÂ
- Ability to work in a clinical environment requiring sustained focus and attentionÂ
- Visual abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustmentÂ

The primary work location is the Alleviant Integrated Mental Health clinic in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with travel to North West Arkansas (NWA) clinics. Travel is compensated when required.
