The front line of the member journey. Converts interest into memberships through genuine connection and disciplined follow up.

Drive membership sales through in person, phone, email, and social media outreach.
Greet prospects and walk in guests, deliver studio tours, and present membership options with confidence.
Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline to close.
Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for every member and guest.
Build lasting relationships with current members to support retention and referrals.
Address and resolve member concerns, escalating to management when needed.
Keep the front desk, retail area, and studio space clean, organized, and well stocked.
Support daily cleaning and operational tasks before, during, and after shifts.
