Position reports to: Warehouse Manager Schedule: On Call, Start Time 7pm, Sun-Thurs (1-5 days per week as needed) Primary purpose and function of position: Perform night picking and warehouse duties as directed. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate walkie riders and other authorized warehouse equipment Accurately select product and build pallets using voice-pick technology Build stable and accurate pallets according to company loading and product-handling standards Load side-load, draught, and bulk delivery trucks accurately and efficiently Stage product and completed orders in designated warehouse areas Stack, organize, and separate empty kegs, pallets, and other returnable materials Maintain proper product rotation in accordance with company standards Verify product quantities and identify damaged, incorrect, or improperly staged product Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including completing warehouse cleaning duties as directed Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or workplace incidents Communicate with supervisors and co-workers in a courteous, professional, and productive manner Work efficiently as a member of the night warehouse team to meet daily productivity and loading requirements Properly use warehouse equipment and report equipment problems or maintenance concerns Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate required Must have the ability to read, write and follow instructions Ability to safely operate job related equipment Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude Project a friendly, courteous and professional image Highly organized and with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple locations Ability to work on a team with minimal supervision Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to: repetitively handling cases of beer, reaching above head height, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting, and kneeling Ability to frequently lift, carry, push or pull package product weighing 50 plus pounds and draught product weighing 165 plus pounds Regular and reliable attendance required Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays as needed Ability to pass a required pre-employment, background and drug screening Ability to perform all essential job functions and duties as assigned   WHY CHOOSE GREY EAGLE DISTRIBUTORS?
