What You'll Do

  • Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete maintenance and repairs accurately, efficiently, and according to repair orders, manufacturer guidelines, and Lithia standards.
  • Document all diagnostic procedures, repairs performed, test results, and labor time accurately using dealership systems and timekeeping procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while properly caring for tools, equipment, shop supplies, and customer vehicles.
  • Complete required technical training, maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications, and communicate with service advisors, technicians, and dealership leadership.
